Ok let's see - we have an image hosted on a profile that is 1 day old and asks you to visit a website with a strange url with a promise of a financial reward on an another website. How do you even imagine that would work? And now, of course, people start crying that their computers got infected with malware. Which is great - every genius who fell for this obvious phishing scam deserved it. I hope your shitty computer burns and you along with it.

Bronies go nuts, and Nintendo Sucks?Equestria Girls
The trailer to "Equestria Girls" (the humanized MLP spinoff film) finally was released today. Aaaannnd everyone's freaking out. Again.
You know, it actually looks pretty decent. Bronies... please understand: I know you're a major unexpected demographic for the show. I know you enjoy seeing shout-out's become canon within the show, and appreciate how the creators do little things here and there for you. But... the show isn't made for you. This is not Cartoon Network and the target demographic isn't 25 year olds in college. You're a nice addition to the target demographic of little girls, but you are not the driving force behind MLP.
I don't want this to sound mean, but it needs to be said. This is where it becomes very important to understand the fine line between being a fan of the show and thinking that because you've invested so much energy into the show that you're entitled to things.
I'm sure the movie won't be as bad as everyone makes it out to be. It honest

Opinions are a Dangerous thing: Art StylesThis isn't about narking on anyone no, infact this is just my own muses really! You could say this is a journal for ENCOURAGEMENT! *SHINES*
I find sticking to one style restrictive if you are a beginning/moderate artist! (even professionals I might say! though I can't speak for everyone)
Having a distinctive look on how your art is done and produced is understandable and its a desire to appear unique to the point some one can just SEE your work and instantly think 'Oh! that's Ten-days!' or something along the line. However, when you are trying to find who you are and what kind of art you are to produce, I recommend trying, well, a lot of different things! Different styles, mixing styles, different colouring techinque, brushes, tools, shading. Don't feel dependant on what you are already doing and don't feel pressured by people just for trying new things!
Push out of your comfort zone. Can't draw hands? don't avoid it! draw the heck out of them! (how else are you going to learn?)

...was a blast. it was fun seeing a few old buddies, like cassandra and raquel. we met sean astin, or sam the hobbit, from LOTR, too!!! he was uber nice... i introdued him to MY sam, and he asked if she could swing me up over her shoulder... probably a reference to that really wonderful scene in the last movie when frodo can't make it up the mountain and sam carried him. that scene always totally gets me.

we met and got to know a really awesome art dealer and bought like a load of his stuff between the two of us. towards the end of the weekend, i, not being an anime fan and getting a bit bored, went and talked to him quite a few times. he was really nice... and boy, could that man draw. he drew MEN *yyeeesssss... is sick of titty art* and boy, was he good.

we also saw lots of crazy ppl dressed up, and i took some funky pics of them. sam and i got to dress up and go to an after party at a club, too, where i got to dance with a really hot dude, a superman model who travels to different cons with other models. and then i had a drink and ran around spouting lines from metalocalypse, dancing to vanilla ice *what was i thinking?!* and singing coldplay stuff. man, that was one strong drink.

so, basically, that was my weekend. yaaay, fun fun fun. and now i am back at work and about to go pick up a load of annoying kids from school. i'd rather be back at that after party.... but whatever, life is life. gotta work and make some money after killing my wallet like that!!!!!!! yikes.... ah well, ya only live once.
